Our Engagement Process
Introductory Call
First is a phone call with you to clarify your enquiry. You can expect our call within the next 48 hours. During the call, we schedule a date and time for a discovery session with your team.
Discovery Session
This is to enable us discover where the pain points are and prepare a demo that is tailored to your actual business needs.
Presentation/Demo
Next comes the demo, where we present our proposed solution to all stakeholders based on the requirements identified during the discovery session.
Proposal
After which we share with you a proposal for implementing the solution, should you choose us as your solution provider (we hope you do).
Project Delivery
On acceptance of our proposal, we onboard you on our project management platform and deliver the solution as promised.
