FSDH Merchant Bank, in pursuit of its digital transformation strategy, recognized that a solid foundation was critical to their transformation journey and wanted a robust BPM infrastructure. To ensure program success, they sought a reputable BPM solutions provider.
Having read the book on Business Process Automation authored by our co-founder, the Executive Director for Operations and IT contacted us expressing the desire to work with a team like ours.
We proposed ProcessMaker BPA as the central platform for automating their business processes. Following a thorough stakeholder review involving business leaders, we pinpointed two pivotal processes – Corporate Deposit and LC Establishment – to spearhead the digital transformation initiative.
To achieve comprehensive automation, we collaborated with the bank to establish seamless integrations between the ProcessMaker platform and their core banking application, Oracle Flexcube, enabling efficient straight-through processing.
Our engagement extended to conducting training sessions for business users on process utilization, while also imparting essential knowledge to the application development team to support the platform.
