TruLab was looking to cut the time to set up a study to less than 1 week and wanted to evaluate if investing in a self-configuration platform enabled with artificial intelligence for data extraction was the right call. We helped analyze, design and provide costing for the solution to help them make the right investment call.
To improve customer service and operational efficiency we created a chatbot integrated within Microsoft Teams. This solution enabled contact center agents to handle customer queries faster, reducing the time required for transaction checks and onboarding. The chatbot streamlined processes by interfacing with multiple back-end systems, reducing the number of applications agents needed to learn. As a result, the bank reduced its response time by 80% and enhanced its social brand value.
We collaborated with FSDH Merchant Bank to drive digital transformation by automating key banking processes, using ProcessMaker BPA as the central platform. This initiative, integrating Oracle Flexcube for straight-through processing, yielded significant results, including a reduction in Corporate Deposit processing time from two weeks to 48 hours and monthly cost savings exceeding $50,000. Training was also provided to build in-house capabilities, laying a foundation for sustained digital transformation.
We partnered with Evidence Action to upgrade their workflow system from ProcessMaker 2 to ProcessMaker 3, streamlining operations for this Kenya-based NGO. The project automated payment, purchasing, and administrative workflows, enhancing reporting and transparency. Integration with Power BI empowered Evidence Action with real-time insights and data-driven decision-making, increasing efficiency, user satisfaction, and transparency across the organization.
