Integration project to sync data from SurveyMonkey to Azure SQL database using Azure Functions
Project Description
The goal of this project was to automatically sync survey responses from SurveyMonkey into a SQL database for reporting in Power BI. To achieve this, we provisioned an Azure SQL Server within the client’s Azure tenant and implemented an Azure Function App to securely fetch data from the SurveyMonkey API on a scheduled basis.
The solution includes monitoring and logging to support the client’s IT team post go-live, along with data transformation to reduce preparation effort for the data analytics consultant. A Power App was also implemented to allow administrative users to review and manage synced survey data outside of reporting workflows.
